Robe at the shopping center
This is Smartbox's activation at the shopping center Colombo.
The client
Smartbox is a brand of pre-packaged gift experiences.
The task
Smartbox came to us with a problem: its store in the Colombo Shopping Center wasn't getting all the visits/clients they predicted because its location wasn't the best so they asked us for a strategy to change that.
The concept
We created the "Robe in the shopping center" activation, which asked people to come to the Smartbox store wearing a robe with the possibility of winning special SPA experiences.
The results
Smartbox gave away 50 gift-packs with SPA experiences to the first fifty people who arrived at the store but there were more than one hundred attendees. We raised the Smartbox Store awareness.
